We strongly support our national distribution partners, our local distributors and specialized workshops in each geographical area, with sales teams and solutions designed according to the daily needs of workshops and end users (both professional and private).
Our business activity is segmented into three Sales Divisions with their own internal structures, allowing us to respond properly to the specific needs of each sales channel.
1) The
Aftermarket Resale Division covers the national distribution of parts and accessories through resale partners whom supply the products, as well as the commercial and technical support to workshops and other entities in their geographical area.
2) In the
Mobility Solutions Division, the spotlight is on Tachographs and Telematics. We have close relationships with specialized workshops. We manage the legally-certified workshop networks of the Tachograph Technical Centres. Furthermore, we provide exclusive technical training and legal support to our partners within this division, when applicable.
3) The
Lubricants & Chemicals Division brings together its anchor brand Valvoline™, the oldest lubricants brand in the world, with a larger portfolio of other oils and chemicals, including anti-freeze, AdBlue and coating products. This division also manages the national network of Valvoline Service Centers, in cooperation with the
Valvoline Official Distributors throughout the country.
KrautliNet is our Extranet. We provide our partners our digital platforms that contribute to increased efficiency and profitability of their businesses. KrautliNet offers several tools, from electronic catalogues to commercial and operational information for daily use. A Knowledge Base with detailed technical information about the products and services we provide is also available.
